Complete Test was formed in 2002 by a group of test engineers from Agilent Technologies, the Hewlett-Packard test and measurement business unit spin off (Agilent became a separate company in 1999). Each engineer has over 25 years experience in designing test instruments/test systems and developing test programs. The Complete Test philosophy is to use this experience to go beyond the normal process of test system and test program design and provide a complete solution to solve your test problem. We are experts at making accurate measurements. Our experience enables us to do the job quickly, and to do it right the first time - saving you time and money in the process.
